Shipping

All items are checked thoroughly prior to packing and are packaged to ensure safe arrival.

International Postage is via Australia Posts international service. As customs policies vary form country to country, please check and be aware of what the restrictions, Import fees / duties etc. are for your country before purchasing.  Any fees must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Dusty Rose Essentials will not be liable for any customs or import duties or any other fee applicable to your order. 

Postage within Australia is via Australia Post and other domestic postal services, each parcel is tracked and tracking will be provided once available. Orders are processed within 3 business days, although, please allow up to 6 business days during our busy periods. As a guide our busiest times are: Our Annual Halloween Sale, School Holidays & November - January among other Sales & Events during the year. 

** We may (without notice) ship with an alternative shipping company to the one selected at checkout. This may occur in order to avoid late delivery of orders if the selected company's parcel pick up service is delayed or their current delivery time frames are longer than expected. This will be at NO extra cost to our customers**

In Store Order Collection incurs a $10 fee which is refundable upon collection of order, the refund will be processed via the same method of initial payment.  The fee is non-refundable if orders are not collected or if orders are canceled.  Bookings are essential. To book simply click on the Book Now tab at the top of the home page prior to completing your purchase to ensure that our availability matches your needs.  Dusty Rose Essentials is Located at 69 Mackay Street Rochester Victoria.

Australia Post: Please allow 3 to 10 business days for standard post and 2 to 4 business days for express post from the time tracking information is received for your parcel to arrive within Australia. 

Sendle Shipping: please allow 24 to 48 hours for your tracking to update from the time tracking information is received. Sendle are a booked pick up service and generally pick parcels up 1 to 2 business days post booking. 

Pre-Orders: All orders that include pre-order product(s) or a mix of pre-order and in stock product(s) will be shipped once the pre-order product is received into stock and available for shipping. 

If you have chosen to pay via Lay-By, your order will be shipped once the final payment has been received, you can check your payment plan in your PayPal account simply go to settings - payments - pre-approved payments.
