During this time order processing and shipping is as follows:

*Shipping is on the WEDNESDAY of each week ONLY.

*The cut off time for orders is 10 am on the Tuesday of each week. Orders placed after 10 am each Tuesday will be processed for shipping during the following week. 

*Email updates providing tracking will be sent as orders are processed, tracking will be traceable from the Wednesday AFTER processing confirmation is sent.

*In Store Pick Up is NOT currently available. 

*Delivery time frames may be longer than usual due to the increased workload delivery services are experiencing at this time, please account for this when ordering. 

*Updates are available via Facebook and the homepage of this website.

As a Victorian based business, Dusty Rose Essentials is operating in line with the Victorian Stages which may change prior to this information being updated.


All items are checked thoroughly prior to packing and are packaged to ensure safe arrival.

International Postage is via Australia Posts international service and Fastway International Service. As customs policies vary form country to country, please check and be aware of what the restrictions, Import fees / duties etc. are for your country before purchasing.  Any fees must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Dusty Rose Essentials will not be liable for any customs or import duties or any other fee applicable to your order. 

Express Postage within Australia is via Australia Post, Parcel Post/Standard Post is via Australia Post and other domestic postal services. Each parcel is tracked and tracking will be provided once available. Orders are processed within 3 business days, although, please allow up to 6 business days during our busy periods. As a guide our busiest times are: Our Annual Halloween Sale, School Holidays & November - January among other Sales & Events during the year. 

** We may (without notice) ship with an alternative shipping company to the one selected at checkout. This may occur in order to avoid late delivery of orders if the selected company's parcel pick up service is delayed or their current delivery time frames are longer than expected. This will be at NO extra cost to our customers**

In Store Order Collection: An email will be sent once orders are ready for collection.  Collection is ONLY offered between 9.30am - 11.30 am on Wednesdays during Covid-19 restrictions. Collection is contactless and customers are not able to enter the premises. Identification and proof of purchase are required at collection, orders will not be released without it. Please follow the current instructions for collection as provided in collection email.  Dusty Rose Essentials is Located at 69 Mackay Street Rochester Victoria.

Australia Post: Please allow 3 to 10 business days for standard post and 2 to 4 business days for express post from the time tracking information is received for your parcel to arrive within Australia. 

Sendle & Fastway Shipping: please allow 24 to 48 hours for your tracking to update from the time tracking information is received. Both are a booked pick up services and generally pick parcels up 1 to 2 business days post booking.

Pre-Orders: All orders that include pre-order product(s) or a mix of pre-order and in stock product(s) will be shipped once the pre-order product is received into stock and available for shipping. 

If you have chosen to pay via Lay-By, your order will be shipped once the final payment has been received, you can check your payment plan in your PayPal account simply go to settings - payments - pre-approved payments.
