Order Processing is 2 Business Days Post-Order Date unless otherwise advised. Alternative timeframes (if any) will be listed towards the top of the homepage and in the cart on this website.

SHIPPING
All transit and delivery times are set by freight providers. Timeframes of all options, including Express Post, are in addition to DRE's Order Processing.
Shipping providers may experience delays in their services during peak periods. Dusty Rose Essentials is not liable for these delays.
SHIPPING GUIDELINES
PROVIDERS
DRE ships with Australia Post only. Sendle and other providers have altered their routes and no longer service the Rochester area for freight collections.
ALL LIQUIDS
As notified at the check-out, Liquids cannot ship via express post.
ALL aroma oils, ritual oils, perfume oils, Sprays, and all other liquid products are road transit-only items and can only ship via standard post. Where Express Post has been selected on orders including these items, the order will be shipped via standard post, and a store credit will be issued for the excess shipping cost upon processing the order.
FREE SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE
Free shipping is via standard post only and will automatically be available at the checkout during shipping promotion periods when the promotion requirements have been met.
SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
Signature on Delivery is available as a selectable option at the checkout.
TRACKING
All orders are shipped with tracking. The tracking information is provided via email at the time of processing. Please allow up to 48 hours for Australia Post to update tracking advice within their system.
TRANSIT TIMES AUSTRALIA
Australia Post's transit times are generally 3 to 10 business days for standard post and 2 to 4 business days for express post.

Transit times are in addition to order processing and may vary during peak periods, ie: Christmas and other high freight volume periods. DRE is not liable for freight provider delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All customs, duties, taxes, and other relevant import fees are NOT included in the price when purchasing goods on this website. These fees are the customer's responsibility, and the customer may be required to pay these fees to relevant agencies in their country prior to delivery.
All items are subject to customs inspection, and clearance is not guaranteed. It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that all items ordered are acceptable to be imported to their region.
DRE is not liable for any delays, holds, fees, clearance, or other issues arising from the import process. Transit times are not guaranteed, and delays may occur.
UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Dusty Rose Essentials operates both online and in-store. On the rare occurrence that a product is unavailable to fulfil an online order, then that product value will be refunded.
PRE-ORDERS
All orders that include pre-order product(s) or a mix of pre-order and in-stock product(s) will be shipped once the pre-order product is received into stock and available for shipping.
ORDER CHANGES
Some order changes may be possible before processing the order for shipping.
If you notice that the shipping address is incorrect, please contact DRE immediately to request the changes.
~Order ownership will be verified; any changes to orders can only be made by the person who placed the order.
~If your order is not yet processed, the correct address may be added to your order. Unfortunately, changes cannot be made once the order has been processed for shipping or when the order is in transit.
~ For orders that are paid via PayPal, due to their policy, the ship-to address cannot be changed once payment is completed. In this instance, the order can be refunded and reordered with the correct details entered at the time of reordering.
