Order Processing, Shipping & Contactless Delivery 

General Updates

Due to a high volume of orders, order processing is currently  
3 business days post order date.
Orders may be processed in a shorter time frame, although, please allow up to 3 business days post order date to receive order and tracking updates.
 
Sendle and Fastway services are currently not available as a shipping option at the checkout as their booked collection services are experiencing significant delays in parcel collection and delivery.

Shipping Guidelines 

  • Express Postage within Australia is via Australia Post.
  • Courier-Post & Parcel Post are via a selection of domestic freight providers, selection depending on their areas of service and availability. The provider is selected by DRE for best suitability at the time of booking the service. 
  • Sendle is via the provider of their selection at the time of booking.
  • Fastway Couriers are now known as Aramex.
  • All Parcels are tracked and tracking will be provided once available. Please allow up to 5 days post order date for tracking to be available.
  • P.O Box addresses are only able to be shipped to via Australia Post as Courier services do not deliver to P.O Boxes. Please only select Australia Post where a P.O Box is your only address option. 

 

Australia Post: Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking to update. Transit times are approximately 3 to 10 business days for standard post and 2 to 4 business days for express post from the time tracking information is traceable. During periods of increased workload for delivery services these time-frames may vary.

Other Freight Service Providers: Please allow 24 to 72 hours for your tracking to update from the time tracking information is received. These services are booked pick-up services that aim to pick parcels up within 1 to 2 business days post-booking. During periods of increased workload for delivery services these time-frames may vary.

International Postage: Currently available to New Zealand, shipping is via Australia Post's international service. Transit times vary, please see your tracking for current times.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: As customs policies vary from country to country, please check and be aware of what the prohibitions, restrictions, Import Fees, Duties, Taxes etc. are for your country before purchasing.  International orders are not charged GST (taxes) by Dusty Rose Essentials therefore you may be liable to pay taxes upon entry depending on your location. Any fees must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Dusty Rose Essentials will not be liable for any customs or import duties or any other fee applicable to your order. Where an item is prohibited or restricted and can not be shipped that specific item will be refunded and the remainder of your order will be shipped. 

**Delivery services may increase their pick up and delivery time-frames without warning where they are experiencing an increased workload. Dusty Rose Essentials is not liable for alterations external services make to the service that they offer. 

** We may (without notice) ship with an alternative shipping company to the one selected at checkout. This may occur in order to avoid extended delivery timeframes of orders if the selected company's parcel pick-up service is significantly delayed, or their current delivery time frames are significantly longer than expected. This will be at NO extra cost to our customers.

 

 

In-Store Order Collection: In-store collection of orders is currently unavailable.

 

 

Local Delivery: Local delivery is currently unavailable.

Contactless local delivery is available within 15km of Dusty Rose Essentials, Rochester VIC.

  • Minimum product spend of $50 applies. 
  • Delivery Fee of $5.00 per order applies.
  • Delivering between 9 am to 6 pm weekly on Wednesdays only. Specific times within these hours can not be booked. 
  • Cut off for weekly delivery is 9 am on the Tuesday of each week. 
  • Where a customer is not home to receive the delivery, the order will be left in the location that the customer has specified and a photograph taken as proof of delivery. Once the order has been delivered Dusty Rose Essentials is no longer responsible for the safety of the order. It is up to the customer to ensure that the location specified is a location that is safe from theft and out of the weather. 

     

    Pre-Orders: All orders that include pre-order product(s) or a mix of pre-order and in-stock product(s) will be shipped once the pre-order product is received into stock and available for shipping. 

     

    Poli Payments: If you have chosen to pay using direct deposit via Poli your order will be processed and shipped once the payment clears. When ordering please allow time for funds to clear.
