FAQ's



1) When will my order be shipped?


Orders processing (pick and pack for shipping) is currently up to 5 business days post order date (not including weekends or public holidays).

Tracking information will be emailed upon completion of this process.

Collection timeframes vary between shipping service providers from 6 to 72 hours in standard times. In periods of heavy workloads this may be longer. 

 


2) My address is incorrect on my order, what can I do?


If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect on your order please contact DRE immediately. If your order is not yet processed the correct address can be added to your order. Unfortunately, once the order is processed changes can not be made.

3) Does selecting express shipping also mean that my order will be processed faster?


Order Processing and Shipping are two separate operations and as such they have separate timeframes. The shipping timeframe starts from the time that the shipping provider has completed collection.

4) I need my order quickly, can you help?


DRE may be able to accommodate special requests, however this depends on current order volume and onsite manufacturing tasks taking place at that time.
Please make any special requests prior to ordering to ensure that the request can be accommodated. 

 


5) Do you offer giftwrapping?


Giftwrapping may be requested. As giftwrapping is not a standard inclusion it incurs a fee to cover materials and extra time taken. Please contact DRE to make arrangements.
