1) When will my order be shipped?
Order processing (pick and pack for shipping) is 2 business days post-order date. Not including weekends, public holidays. Unless otherwise stated on the website at the time of ordering, alternate timeframes will be announced on the homepage and in the website's cart.
Tracking information will be emailed upon completion of this process.
Parcel collection timeframes vary between freight service providers, anywhere from 6 to 72 hours in standard times. In periods of heavy workloads this may be longer.
2) My address is incorrect on my order; what can I do?
If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect on your order, please contact DRE immediately to request the changes.
~Order ownership will be verified; changes to orders can only be made by the person that placed the order.
~If your order is not yet processed, the correct address may be added to your order. Unfortunately, changes cannot be made once the order has been processed for shipping, or when the order is in transit.
~ For orders that are paid via PayPal, due to their policy, the ship-to address cannot be changed once payment is completed. In this instance, the order can be refunded and reordered with the correct details entered at the time of reordering.
3) Does selecting express shipping also mean that my order will be processed faster?
In short, no. Order Processing and Shipping are separate operations with separate timeframes. The shipping timeframe starts from the time that the freight provider has completed parcel collection. Depending on the provider, there may be some delays between collection and tracking updates within their system.
4) I need my order quickly, can you help?
DRE may be able to accommodate rush orders; however, this depends on current order volume and onsite manufacturing tasks taking place at that time.
Priority Order Processing is available at the checkout when DRE is able to accommodate working longer hours in order to fast track the processing of an order, this service attracts a fee.
