SALE Events: up to 5 Business Days Post Order Date
Order Processing is 2 Business Days Post-Order Date, excluding public holidays. Alternative order processing timeframes (if any) will be listed towards the top of the homepage and in the cart on this website. Please allow up to 5 business days post order date for orders to be processed during Sale events where there is a high volume of orders.
Shipping Guidelines
Shipping is via Australia Post.
Australia Post may experience delays in its services during peak periods. Dusty Rose Essentials is not liable for these delays.
All transit and delivery times are set by Australia Post. Timeframes for all options, including Express Post, are in addition to DRE's Order Processing timeframe.
Combined Shipping
Orders that have not yet been processed may be eligible for combined shipping where it is practical to do so. This is determined by the size and weight of the parcel when combined and limitations of freight providers.
Free shipping applies only to individual orders that reach the current promotional spend threshold at the time of placing an order. Multiple orders cannot be combined to achieve free shipping.
All Liquids
As notified at the check-out; Liquids and Oils cannot ship via express post. All aroma oils, ritual oils, perfume oils, and all other liquid products are road transit only items and can only ship via standard post.
Where Express Post has been selected on orders including these items, the order will be shipped via standard post, and a store credit will be issued for the excess shipping cost upon processing the order.
Free Shipping
Free Shipping is via Standard Post only and is only available as an option at the checkout during set shipping promotion periods.
Signature On Delivery
Signature On Delivery is available as a shipping option at the checkout. Where this option is not selected, neither DRE or freight providers are liable for parcels once tracking states delivered.
Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. The tracking information is provided via email at the time of processing.
Please allow up to 48 hours for Australia Post, and up to 72 hours for alternative providers to update tracking advice within their system. Delays may occur.
Transit Times In Australia
Australia Post's transit times are generally 3 to 10 business days for standard post and 2 to 4 business days for express post.
Alternative freight services vary, their current transit times are displayed on their relevant websites and tracking portals.
Transit times are on top of order processing times and may vary during peak periods, state-specific, and or lockdown events.
International Shipping
All Customs, Duties, Taxes, and other relevant importing fees are not included in the price when purchasing goods on this website. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be required to be paid to relevant agencies prior to delivery, depending on the specific requirements of each country. All items are subject to customs inspection, and clearance is not guaranteed. It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that all items ordered are acceptable to be imported to their region. DRE is not liable for any delays, holds, fees, clearance, or other issues arising from the import process. Transit times are not guaranteed, and delays may occur.
Pre-Orders
All orders that include pre-order product(s) or a mix of pre-order and in-stock product(s) will be shipped once the pre-order product is received into stock and available for shipping.
Packaging

Order Changes Some changes to orders may be possible prior to processing the order for shipping. If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect on your order, please contact DRE immediately to request the changes.
~Order ownership will be verified; any changes to orders can only be made by the person that placed the order.
~If your order is not yet processed, the correct address may be added to your order. Unfortunately, changes cannot be made once the order has been processed for shipping, or when the order is in transit.
~ For orders that are paid via PayPal, due to their policy, the ship-to address cannot be changed once payment is completed. In this instance, the order can be refunded and reordered with the correct details entered at the time of reordering.
