When will my order be shipped?
Order processing is 2 business days post-order date, not including weekends or public holidays. Alternate timeframes that may occur during sales and peak retail periods will be announced on the homepage of this website.
Tracking information will be emailed upon completion of this process.
Can I pick up my order?
Of course! You can collect your order at DRE's shop, which is located at 76 MacKay Street, Rochester, VIC, 3561.
Your order will be ready to collect during store hours after you receive the 'Your order is ready to collect' email notification.
I entered the wrong address information, can you help?
If you notice that your shipping address is incorrect, please contact DRE immediately to request the changes.
~Order ownership will be verified; changes to orders can only be made by the person who placed the order.
~If your order is not yet processed, the correct address may be added to your order. Unfortunately, changes cannot be made after the order has been processed.
~ Due to PayPal's policy, orders paid for via this payment method cannot be changed once the payment is completed. In this instance, the order can be refunded and reordered with the correct details entered at the time of reordering.
Does selecting express shipping mean faster order processing?
Order Processing and Shipping are separate operations with separate timeframes. Selecting Express Post only reduces the time your parcel spends in transit. it does not reduce the order processing timeframe.
