Selenite is a fragile material. Handle with care to avoid damage..
CAUTION: Never leave the Palo Santo or White Sage sticks burning unattended. Always ensure that they are extinguished fully when not in use. Keep out of reach of children. To be used to burn and diffuse aromatically. In case of any irritation, discontinue use. Not for consumption, do not ingest. Burn on a suitable fire-safe dish on a heat-proof surface only.
Educational Notes: Gypsum forms several crystals, one of which you would commonly hear of is Selenite. Selenite forms in a sheet-like structure and can be clear to translucent. It does not lend itself well to carving. Satin Spar, however, with its fibrous structure, lends itself incredibly well to carving and is what the majority of Selenite in the world of crystals is labelled as. It is, in effect, the same material with a different structure.
Why? Well, that primarily comes down to common term searchability as this is what the majority of people search for, not realising the structural difference between the two. The takeaway from this is that it is the same mineral with a different structure.
